The position in the medieval city was amazing! We felt like we were stepping back in time and the atmosphere was so romantic. The staff, especially Alberto, really went above and beyond to make our stay special. They were incredibly helpful and friendly, giving us great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The room was beautiful and luxurious, with a comfortable bed and a gorgeous terrace where we could relax in the evening. Plus, the complimentary mini bar was a nice touch!
The breakfast was a bit disappointing. It was a buffet style and some of the food seemed stale, like it had been out for a couple of days.
